Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all subscriptions and services purchased through WappZone (owned and operated by WebAnaya Solutions). By subscribing to our services, you agree to this Policy in addition to our Terms of Service
and Privacy Policy.

1. Subscription & Payment

  • All services offered by WappZone are prepaid and require upfront payment before activation.
  • Payments can be made through the available online payment gateways.
  • By subscribing, you authorize us to process charges to your selected payment method.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via the Contact Page
    .
  • Cancellation will stop future billing cycles, but your access will remain active until the end of the current subscription period.
  • We do not offer partial cancellations or pro-rated refunds for unused time in an active billing cycle.

3. Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Services: All subscription fees, setup fees, and usage-based charges are non-refundable once paid.
  • Exceptions: Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
    • Duplicate payment due to technical error.
    • Service not delivered due to technical issues on our end, where no resolution is possible.
    • Legal requirement as per applicable Indian laws.
  • In case of approval, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Trial Accounts & Free Plans

  • If a free trial or free plan is offered, no charges will be billed during the trial period.
  • Once you upgrade to a paid subscription, regular billing terms apply and fees become non-refundable.

We may revise this Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the new effective date.
