6. Fees & Payments

  • We may suspend services if payments are overdue.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All rights, titles, and interests in WappZone’s platform, software, and content remain with WebAnaya Solutions.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our platform without prior written consent.

8. Termination

  • By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
  • By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, misuse our services, or fail to pay fees.
  • Upon termination, your access to the platform will stop, and we may delete your data as per our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • WappZone is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business, or data.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WebAnaya Solutions (WappZone), its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts of Thane, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
