1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WappZone's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
WappZone provides a WhatsApp Business API platform that enables businesses to:
- Send and receive WhatsApp messages at scale
- Automate customer communications through chatbots
- Manage team inbox and customer conversations
- Run broadcast campaigns and marketing messages
- Access analytics and reporting features
- Integrate with third-party CRM and business tools
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into agreements
- Have a valid WhatsApp Business Account approved by Meta
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate WhatsApp's policies
- Use our services for illegal or harmful purposes
- Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
- Violate intellectual property rights of others
5. Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services
6. Intellectual Property
WappZone retains all rights to our platform, software, trademarks, and content. You retain ownership of your data and content uploaded to our platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide our services.
7. Data Privacy
Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from your customers for processing their data through our platform.
8. Service Level Agreement
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WappZone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
