1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with WappZone within the first 30 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund of your subscription fee.
To be eligible for the 30-day guarantee:
- Request must be made within 30 days of initial purchase
- Applies only to first-time subscribers
- Account must not have violated our Terms of Service
2. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
Monthly Subscriptions
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refund for the remaining days of the current month
- You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period
Annual Subscriptions
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual billing period
- No prorated refunds for unused months after the 30-day guarantee period
- You'll continue to have access until the end of your annual subscription
3. Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Refund
- First-time subscribers within 30 days of purchase
- Service unavailability exceeding our SLA commitments
- Duplicate or erroneous charges
- Feature discontinuation that significantly impacts your use case
Not Eligible for Refund
- Requests made after the 30-day guarantee period
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Usage-based charges (message credits, API calls)
- Third-party integration fees
- Custom development or professional services
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your WappZone account
- Go to Settings → Billing → Request Refund
- Fill out the refund request form with your reason
- Submit the request
Alternatively, you can email our support team at billing@wappzone.com with your account details and reason for the refund request.
5. Refund Processing
- Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer
6. Downgrades
If you wish to downgrade your plan instead of canceling:
- Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle
- No refund is provided for the difference in plan pricing
- You'll retain access to your current plan features until the downgrade takes effect
